- Eligibility for Refund: Patients who reside in states where Quello is not licensed and patients with a federal insurance plan including Medicare, Medicaid, Tri Care, or any other federal insurance plan will automatically be issued a refund. Refunds for patients who ordered one or more test kits who meet the insurance and geographic requirements of Quello, will only be issued a refund if the refund request was made prior to the allergy test kit(s) being shipped. Once a kit has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund.
- Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please email our customer support team at info@GoQuello.com or message us through Klara, our HIPPA compliant text messaging software. Once you reach out, our team will be happy to assist you.
- Refund Method and Timeline: We will refund your purchase through the same method of payment that you used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be reflected on a credit or debit card account.
- Cancelation Policy: If you cancel an order before it has been shipped or processed, a full refund will be processed. There is no obligation to continue with testing at any point in the process.
